At Wave Spas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home oasis. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all spa components and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Wave Spas

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned spa, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
